How to Control Your Smart Lock

If your home features a LittleBird-enabled smart door lock, you can see its status, and lock or unlock it remotely from the LittleBird Mobile App.

Controlling Your Smart Lock - v 5.16 and later

1. Log into the LittleBird Mobile App

2. Tap Home (house icon) in the navigation bar at the bottom of the page

3. Under the Locks & Garage Doors section, find for your smart lock in the list of devices (it’ll have a lock icon beside it)

4. Tap the door lock device to access the lock

Controlling Your Smart Lock - v 3.15 and earlier

To control your door lock remotely in the LittleBird app:

1. Log into the LittleBird Mobile App

2. Tap Home (house icon) in the navigation bar at the bottom of the page

3. Under the Lights and Locks section, find for your smart lock in the list of devices (it’ll have a lock icon beside it)

   1. From here, you can view the current status (lock or unlocked) of the device

4. Tap the door lock device panel to lock or unlock the your door
