We’ll be performing planned maintenance on LittleBird to update part of our underlying infrastructure. This work helps keep the application secure, stable, and performing well.
What to expect
During the maintenance window, LittleBird will be temporarily unavailable. You won’t be able to log in or use the application until the work is complete. We expect the outage to be brief, and we’ll restore service as quickly as possible.
When
- Date: Wednesday, November 25, 2026
- Time: 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM EST
What you need to do
No technical action is required, and your data will remain safe. We do recommend that you let your residents know about the outage ahead of time using the Announcement feature in LittleBird. You’re welcome to use the draft below as-is or adapt it to fit your community.

LittleBird will be temporarily unavailable on Wednesday, November 25, from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM EST while they complete scheduled maintenance. You won’t be able to log in or use the app during this time, and no action is needed on your part. Service will resume automatically once the work is done.
If you need to submit a request or check something before then, we recommend doing so ahead of the maintenance window. For anything urgent, please contact your site team directly.
