Requesting Technical Support
To request technical support via e-mail:
Log into the LittleBird Mobile App on your smartphone
Tap the Settings (...) button in the bottom right-hand corner
Tap Support
Tap Submit a Support Ticket
Select the Type of issue from the drop-down menu
Select what you're having an issue with, from the drop down menu
Fill out as complete of a description as possible of your issue
Tap Submit
Once you have submitted your support request, you will receive a confirmation email.
Also on the Support page is "Frequently Asked Questions" which has common solutions to many questions or issues.
Estimated wait times
Our support team receives requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Typical response hours are 5:00 am (MST) to 10:00 pm (MST). Depending on incoming traffic, our team will contact you within 2 hours.
